What we collect

When you request or book a session we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the time you select, and any notes you send. We use this to hold your time, send confirmations and reminders, and prepare your session.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Advertising measurement

This site uses an advertising pixel operated by OpenAI ("OpenAI pixel") to measure the performance of our advertising on OpenAI's ad products, including ChatGPT. When the pixel loads, it can record standard web data such as pages you view, buttons you click (for example starting a booking), and basic device and browser information. This data is used for measurement and ad optimization — for example, to understand how many people who saw our ad later visited the booking page.

If you live in a region where advertising cookies and similar technologies require your consent, we will ask for that consent before this pixel runs, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. You can also limit ad tracking through your browser's privacy settings and your device's advertising controls.

How long we keep things

Booking records are kept as long as they are useful for running the studio — reservations, reminders, and past session history — and are deleted on request.
