If you're interested in learning or seeing the lights that the studio has, I'd be happy to open the studio and show anybody how to best and safely operate the lights to see if the space is right for you project or production.
Each booking is based on an hourly rate that becomes prorated once the time allotted time rented is utilized, I remember shooting in New York and they charged for a full hour if you went over one minute.
bookings can reschedule one time, typically there are no refunds but there are special cases.
Once the studio has been rented no one else can take that time.
You can consider a lighting diagram if you have the scenario planned out. If you share that lighting diagram with the studio I can make sure to have it set up for you ahead of time.
To book all the studio needs is an email address to send the booking invoice out to and once that has been paid the booking is official! Sand bags and C stands ar are provided free of charge depending on availability, so it's something we need to know ahead of time.
The party renting the studio is liable for any damages incurred during their use of the space. e.g., broken equipment or structural damages to the studio and only for legitimate damage, not normal wear and tear or marks on the walls or stage.
Beyond that I hope the studio becomes a part of your story! If you have any other questions I'm happy to help.
